Identity and launch deck that unifies the “power of three” for smarter hotel pricing.

Challenge
Translate a complex proposition—demand signals, rate shopping, and parity—into a brand and sales deck that feels clear, modern, and credible for revenue leaders.
The identity needed to signal guidance and precision, work at tiny UI sizes, and extend across a 20+ slide deck without visual fatigue.
Brand Mark & Deck
A location-pin logo doubles as a compass: three concentric rings encode the inputs behind Navigator—Demand, Rate Shopping, Parity.
The outer ring represents the market, the middle ring the competitive set, and the inner ring the hotel’s rate decision—an instantly readable symbol that scales cleanly from app icon to slide header.
The deck reframes Navigator as rate intelligence (not just rate checks), opening with the promise to “combine demand, rate shopping, and parity to guide the best pricing strategy,” then moves through a clear arc: Hook—“The Rate Game Just Got Bigger,” Power of 3 one-spread story, pillar slides for Demand Forecast / Rate Shopping / Rate Parity, and “what to do next” insight cards plus use-case outcomes.
The design system uses electric-blue gradients with generous white space, tech-forward sans serif typography, and concentric pin overlays with crisp UI crops to keep focus on actionable results.
Result
By anchoring the story in a single, memorable symbol—the Navigator pin with three rings—and carrying that idea through headlines, diagrams, and data layouts, the brand makes a complex capability instantly understandable.
The PowerPoint acts as a guided narrative: from market context to the “Power of 3” pillars, into insights and use cases, giving sales and revenue teams a clear path to explain value and take action.

Clarity that points teams to the right price.
